“动态生成”是“新课程标准”提倡的一个重要理念。教学不应只是忠实地传递和接受知识的过程,更应是课堂创生与开发的过程,课堂教学千变万化,再好的预设,也不能预见课堂上可能出现的所有情况。课堂的活力来自学生动态的发展,教师必须紧紧抓住课堂教学中“动态生成”的因素,使之成为学生知识、能力、情感的催化剂。“动态生成”体现了学生的主体性。课堂不再由教师主宰,而是教师依据学生的学习情况,随时调整教学过程,使学生真正成为学习的主人!“动态生成”也展现了课堂的真实性。它追求教学的真实、自然,敢于暴露意外的情况,再现师生“原汁原味”的教学情境。
Dynamic Generation is an important concept advocated by the New Curriculum Standard. Teaching should not be just a process of faithfully passing on and accepting knowledge. It should be a course of creation and development of classrooms. The teaching in the classroom is ever-changing and even better. Nor can we foresee all possible situations in the classroom. The vitality of the classroom comes from the dynamic development of the students. Teachers must grasp the “dynamically generated” factors in the classroom teaching and make them become the catalyst of the students’ knowledge, ability and emotion. “Dynamically generated” reflects the student’s subjectivity. The classroom is no longer dominated by the teacher, but the teacher adjusts the teaching process according to the student’s learning situation at any time so that the students can truly become the masters of learning. “Dynamic generation” also shows the authenticity of the classroom. It pursues the teaching of real, natural, dare to expose unexpected situations, teachers and students reproduce the “original” teaching situation.
