我部管子站试制成功了8(5/8)″和7(5/8)″打捞杯,已分别在井深3000米左右的9(3/4)″和8~(1/2)″井眼里试用8次,效果均好。它一次下井可捞出落井牙轮,既省时间,又减少了起下钻次数。打捞杯结构(见图)及工作原理如下。如图所示,接头1与钻杆连接,喷射管2为泥浆通道,用2~(3/8)″钻杆锻压制成,杯体4用8~(5/8)″或7~(5/8)″套管制成,焊接在喷管2和拉筋3上,最下部是扁形喷嘴5,高压泥浆经过它冲射井底落物,使其入杯而完成打捞作业。
