自建矿以来,我矿的地下大爆破一直采用电雷管起爆.实践证明:这种起爆方法在技术上是可靠的,但是采用电雷管起爆有以下几类弊病:一、电雷管在使用前,需对所用的电雷管电阻逐个测定,这样浪费了人力和时间.二、电雷管入坑前,井下要停电,影响生产,从装电雷管、联线、导通、验证电阻数据,一直到合闸,需要3~4个小时.三、使用电雷管起爆,安全性差.如有杂散电流或操作上的疏忽,就有爆响的危险.为了消除上述的弊病,井下中深孔爆破采用了“非电起爆系统”起爆.
