介绍了一种钻井堵漏用凝胶的配制方法,对形成凝胶的交联剂配方组成、聚丙烯酰胺胶液浓度等进行了筛选实验,筛选出一种适合堵漏应用的交联剂JL-2,确定聚丙烯酰胺最佳浓度为0.8%。对影响凝胶形成的温度、交联剂浓度、聚丙烯酰胺类型等进行了研究,得出了适宜90~120℃地层温度下应用的最佳堵漏凝胶配方。在室内对堵漏凝胶进行了封堵效果及承压强度试验,承压强度可达8MPa,对高渗透填砂管封堵率可达99.7%以上,对5mm裂缝二次封堵成功率100%,为现场应用提供了指导数据。
A preparation method of drilling plugging gel was introduced.
