我科于1977年开始,选用Rosentiel-Heller根充糊剂,对坏死感染根管及有根尖周病变者采用一次完成治疗。两年多来,治疗完成3个月以上且能追踪复查的共197牙例。现将临床和X线片复查观察资料整理分析,并就有关问题进行探讨。资料分析我们复查了183名病人,共197牙例,其中前牙154例,后牙43例,均为恆牙。男女性约各占一半,年龄8～68岁。本组197例死髓牙(包括存在根尖病灶或瘘管)治疗前均摄片检查,其中146例在X线
Our department began in 1977, the choice of Rosentiel-Heller root filling paste, necrosis of the root canal and periapical lesions were used to complete a treatment.
