我厂使用的一台座式点焊机的上、下电极座的夹紧机构如图1所示由图可知电极座3、4是固定在机臂1、6和钢端头2、5之间,用螺栓7紧固在一起的。该点焊机由于经常需要调节两电极座间的距离,致使两机臂上的螺丝孔出现滑丝。虽然几经扩孔来加大螺丝直径,但在攻丝时,需要将机臂等部件全部拆卸下来,在钻床上扩孔,既费工又影响生产,致使最后不能再进行修复。为此,我们对原电极座夹紧机构进行改进。改进
