针对输油场站内管道敷设环境复杂,一直没有有效的手段进行100%的全面检测这一状况,引进低频超声导波检测系统对中国石油长庆油田分公司靖咸管道的某输油场站内工艺管道进行了检测试验。试验表明,低频导波检测系统可以检出管道局部腐蚀以及壁厚减薄情况,从而掌握管道的整体腐蚀状况,为各大油田的场站管道的维护决策提供技术支持。
In view of the complex environment of pipeline laying in the oil depot station, there has been no effective means to carry out 100% comprehensive inspection of this situation. The introduction of low-frequency ultrasonic guided wave detection system to the PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Company branch of Jing Xian pipeline oil field station technology Pipeline has been tested. The test shows that the low frequency guided wave detection system can detect the partial corrosion of the pipelines and reduce the thickness of the pipelines so as to grasp the overall corrosion status of the pipelines and provide technical support for the maintenance decisions of the field pipelines of major oilfields.
