随着社会主义市场经济的发展和城镇化建设步伐的加快,农村富余劳动力大量向城镇转移,催生出了“留守孩子”这一特殊群体。这些留守孩子由于其父母长期不在身边,他们得不到父母的关爱以及享受不到父母价值观念和思想认识的引导和帮助,他们多数成绩差、内心封闭、孤僻、缺乏交流的主动性。这些都给班级管理带来了极大的不便,如何解决这一难题,是摆在每一位教师面前的新课题。
With the development of the socialist market economy and the accelerating pace of urbanization, a large number of rural surplus laborers have been transferred to cities and towns and spawned a special group of “left behind children.” Because of their long-term absence from their parents, these left-behind children lack the care and support of their parents and can not enjoy the guidance and help of their parents’ values and ideology. Most of them are poorly-performing, confined, withdrawn and lack of initiative in communication. All of these have brought great inconvenience to class management. How to solve this problem is a new topic for every teacher.
