氮氧化物为刺激性气体,是化学工业的重要原料和副产品。制造硝酸、硝化硝基炸药爆炸、硝酸浸洗金属及含氮物质燃烧时,均有本品产生。若此种作业通风不良或意外事故,均可引起急性中毒。一般依职业接触史及临床症状、体征,不难做出早期诊断。如治疗及时,可望收到满意效果。遇有病史不清、病情危重的病例,及时作出诊断是困难的,但及早诊断并采取有效治疗措施,对病人的转归具有重要意义。本文就一起急性氮氧化物中毒事故的调查分析整理如下。一、中毒发生经过1977年3月30日下午4时,某小学9名学生点
