背景介绍:为更好落实党中央国务院部署,切实解决招投标领域存在的突出问题,按照国家发展改革委领导关于组织社会力量,对招投标领域典型地区、典型问题、典型经验进行研究,从实践到理论,以研究促工作的指示,国家发展改革委组织开展了招投标课题研究。目前,第一批5个研究课题已经完成,并得到委领导充分肯定。为扩大研究成果运用,国家发展改革委组织各课题承担单位撰写了课题内容摘要,本刊已从2013年第12期起陆续刊登,供大家学习参考。截至本期,5个研究课题的内容摘要已全部刊登完毕。
