分别采用3000、530、210和20nm的金红石按照D550R药皮配方制成四种焊条。通过操作性能测试、汉诺威电弧质量分析系统测试、硬度试验和磨损试验,研究了金红石粒度对焊条性能的影响。研究表明,降低金红石粒度可以使焊条的飞溅减小,脱渣性、焊缝成形和电弧稳定性得到改善,金红石粒度为20nm时脱渣性、焊缝成形最佳,金红石粒度为530nm时焊接电弧的稳定性最好。随金红石粒度的减小熔敷金属的耐磨性提高,金红石粒度为20nm的焊条熔敷金属在无润滑连续滑动磨损条件下耐磨性最高。
3000, 530, 210 and 20 nm rutile were used to make four kinds of welding rod according to D550R coating formula. Through the operation performance test, Hannover arc quality analysis system test, hardness test and wear test, the influence of rutile size on the electrode properties was studied. The research shows that reducing the rutile size can reduce the spatter of the electrode, the deslagging property, the formation of the weld and the stability of the arc are improved. When the rutile size is 20nm, the deslagging property is the best, the welding arc is the best when the rutile size is 530nm The best stability. With the decrease of rutile particle size, the wear resistance of the deposited metal is improved. The electrodeposited metal with rutile particle size of 20nm has the highest wear resistance under the conditions of continuous sliding wear without lubrication.
