盾构注浆机主油缸在换向时会产生压力冲击,为解决这个问题,提高注浆质量,采用加减速控制算法,通过定点式离散化T曲线,对运动过程进行分段处理,控制活塞运动速度。通过实验验证主油缸加减速控制算法合理,效果良好,能达到设计要求,满足工程需求。
