上海某中型轧钢厂初轧车间已建成使用近30年,其柱网平面布置图见图1。1985年在工艺技术改造中,厂方要求将B列已抽柱处的9线柱拆除,并要求在尽量短的期间内完成改建工程。经过多方案比较,决定采用在8线、10线新加钢柱(工艺允许),托梁换柱,然后拆除9线柱的方案。经精心设计与施工,较快较好地完成了该项改建工程,使用近两年来情况良好,也获得了厂方的好评。实践表明,这一方案具有快速、省工、可靠的较好的综合效果。
The rolling mill of a medium-sized rolling mill in Shanghai has been used for nearly 30 years, and its column network layout is shown in Fig. 1. In 1985, during the technological transformation, the factory required the removal of the 9-column column at column B, and It is required to complete the reconstruction project within the shortest possible period. After comparison of multiple projects, it was decided to adopt a new line of steel wire in the 8-line and 10-line (process allowed), jockey replacement column, and then remove the 9-column program. After careful design and construction, the reconstruction project was completed relatively quickly and well. It has been in good condition in the past two years and it has also won favorable comments from the factory. Practice shows that this program has a quick, labor-saving, reliable and good overall effect.
