本文报导了二倍体甜菜离休茎尖的培养条件和植株再生作用。采用5种培养基,由甜菜的茎尖组织都获得了愈伤组织,从其中的三种培养基上再生了植株。实验结果表明,不同种类的生长素,不同的蔗糖浓度对愈伤组织的诱导及绿苗分化率都有明显影响。对甜菜茎尖外植体,蒙乙酸(NAA)是适合的生长素。MS全成份的一半附加NAA可诱导出粗壮的根系。过筛消毒的砂土配合浇灌营养液可提高移栽苗的成活率。
This paper reports the culture conditions and plant regeneration of diploid beet off-set shoot tips. Using five kinds of media, callus was obtained from the shoot tips of beet and the plants were regenerated from three of them. The experimental results show that different kinds of auxin and different sucrose concentrations have obvious effects on the induction of callus and the rate of green plantlet differentiation. For beet apical explants, acetic acid (NAA) is a suitable auxin. One half of MS’s full complement of NAAs induces stout roots. Sieving disinfection of the sand with watering nutrient solution can increase the survival rate of transplanted seedlings.
