目的 评估一种新的TCM提取化合物治疗小鼠泡型包虫病的效果。方法 首先从TCM中提取一种化合物 ,要通过一系列程序包括中药混合 ,置平底烧瓶内加热煮沸 ,用冷凝回流装置和微火蒸发 ,最后形成为深棕色粉剂。同时建立泡球蚴病动物模型 ,从感染泡球蚴病的小鼠获取小片泡球蚴组织 ,移植接种 50只昆明小鼠腹腔内 ,接种后受染期分为 1周感染和 1 0周感染 ,二者再分为治疗组和对照组。泡球蚴抑制率测定和电镜检查作为判定疗效的主要方法。治疗组感染鼠每天灌胃TCM提取化合物一次 ,剂量 2 0mg/kg ,连用 3个月。TCM治毕半月 ,处死剖检所有动物。结果 1周感染后治疗组 9只鼠的泡球蚴总湿重 3 7 76g( x±s,4 1 96± 2 0 90g) ,明显低于 1 0只对照鼠 ( 1 2 1 2 94g , x±s,1 2 1 2 9± 4 3 0 5g)。泡球蚴抑制率为 65 7% (P <0 0 1 )。同样地 ,1 0周感染后治疗组 7只鼠的泡球蚴总湿重 4 3 2 6g( x±s,0 61 9± 1 2 0 7g) ,明显低于 6只对照鼠 ( 1 7 857g , x±s,2 92 6± 3 2 75g)。泡球蚴抑制率为80 6% (P <0 0 1 )。泡球蚴超微结构在治疗组与对照组之间显示明显的区别。结论 TCM提取粉治疗小鼠泡球蚴病 ,是一种有希望的抗包虫化合物 ,今后应继续进行研究。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of a new TCM extract in the treatment of mouse hydatid disease. Methods Firstly, a compound was extracted from TCM and mixed by a series of procedures including mixing Chinese herbs, heating in a flat-bottomed flask, boiling with a condensing reflux device and micro-fire, and finally forming a dark brown powder. At the same time, an animal model of alveolar nematocysts was established. Echinococcus metacercaria tissues were obtained from mice infected with alveolar echinococcosis. Fifty Kunming mice were inoculated intraperitoneally. After inoculation, the infection period was divided into 1 week infection and 10 week infection , The two were divided into treatment group and control group. Bubble larvae inhibition rate determination and electron microscopy as the main method to determine the efficacy. The rats in the treatment group were given TCM extract once a day at a dose of 20 mg / kg for 3 months. TCM rule half a month, executed all animals necropsy. Results After 1 week infection, the total wet weight of metacerodyal of 9 mice in the treated group was 3 7 76g (x ± s, 4 1 96 ± 2 0 90g), which was significantly lower than that of control mice (1 2 1 2 94g, x ± s, 1 2 1 2 9 ± 4 3 0 5g). Hydatid cyst the inhibitory rate of 65 7% (P <0 0 1). Similarly, the total hydatidosis of 7 mice infected with 10 weeks after infection was 4326g (x ± s, 0 61 9 ± 1 2 0 7g), significantly lower than that of 6 control mice (17 857g , x ± s, 2 92 6 ± 3 2 75 g). The inhibition rate of alveolar larvae was 80 6% (P <0.01). The ultrastructure of Echinococcus in the treatment group and the control group showed a significant difference. Conclusion TCM extract powder treatment of mouse alveolar echinococcosis is a promising anti-hydatid compounds, the future should continue to study.
