本文在建立兔MCAO模型的基础上,用放免法测脑组织和血浆中内皮素(ET)的含量,同时用TBA法测定脑组织中过氧化脂质(LPO)含量。兔36只,随机分三组,对照组(假手术),脑缺血后4h,24h组,每组12只。结果发现脑缺血后ET和LPO之间呈明显的正相关(P<0.001),且随缺血后时间的延长而递增(P<0.01),用相关回归分析发现。脑组织ET和LPO均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),结果说明脑缺血后ET含量增加,ET致脑缺血脑损伤可能与自由基反应有关。
Based on the establishment of rabbit MCAO model, the contents of endothelin (ET) in brain tissue and plasma were determined by radioimmunoassay, and the content of lipid peroxidation (LPO) in brain tissue was measured by TBA method. 36 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, the control group (sham operation), 4h, 24h after cerebral ischemia group, 12 rats in each group. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between ET and LPO after cerebral ischemia (P <0.001), and increased with time after ischemia (P <0.01). ET and LPO in brain tissue were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The results showed that ET content increased after cerebral ischemia and ET-induced cerebral ischemic injury may be related to free radical reaction.
