建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中丙酸氟替卡松、曲安奈德、醋酸可的松、地塞米松、氢化可的松和泼尼松等6种糖皮质激素的新方法。样品用甲醇超声提取后,经Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化,采用Nucleodur C18色谱柱(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)分离,以甲醇-乙腈(60∶40 V/V)和水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,使6种糖皮质激素得到有效分离。被测激素在定量范围内均呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.9990),平均加标回收率为81.8%~96.1%,相对标准差3.3%~6.4%,检出限为0.78~1.12μg/L。
A new method for the simultaneous determination of six glucocorticoids including fluticasone propionate, triamcinolone acetonide, cortisone acetate, dexamethasone, hydrocortisone and prednisone in cosmetics by solid-phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography was established. The sample was extracted with methanol and purified by Oasis HLB SPE cartridge. The sample was separated on a Nucleodur C18 column (5 μm, 250 mm × 4.6 mm) using methanol-acetonitrile (60:40 V / V) and water as the mobile phase Gradient elution, 6 glucocorticoids were effectively separated. The tested hormones showed a good linear relationship (r≥0.9990) in the quantitative range, with the average recovery of 81.8% -96.1% and the relative standard deviation of 3.3% -6.4%, with the detection limits of 0.78-1.12μg / L .
