我国主要油田采用多级高压离心泵注水已有十八年历史。注水离心泵对维持油田生产起着重要作用。但是,注水泵耗电之多(有的油田占全部用电量的40%以上),也是惊人的。因此,改造离心泵,提高效率,节约能源已成为当前油田的主攻课题之一。针对不同情况,离心泵有不同的改造方法。本文在介绍注水离心泵改造方法的一般计算步骤的基础上,着重介绍引进改造法,自身改造法,模型改造法和速度系数法等方法中水力元件改进的设计计算方法。
China’s major oil fields using multi-stage high-pressure centrifugal water injection has been 18 years of history. Water injection centrifugal pumps play an important role in maintaining oilfield production. However, the water pump power consumption (and some oil fields accounted for more than 40% of all electricity consumption), is also amazing. Therefore, the transformation of centrifugal pumps to improve efficiency and save energy has become one of the main topics of the current oil field. Different circumstances, centrifugal pumps have different ways to transform. In this paper, based on the general calculation steps of waterflooding centrifugal pump retrofit method, this paper focuses on the design and calculation method of hydraulic components improvement in the methods of introducing retrofit method, self-retrofit method, model retrofit method and speed coefficient method.
