CHV-1抗钒裂化催化剂(简称CHV-1催化剂)于1997年9月在洛阳石油化工总厂重油催化裂化装置上进行了工业试验。结果表明,CHV-1催化剂具有较高的容纳重金属机的能力,平衡催化剂钒含量由国产普通催化剂空白标定的 7600μg/g上升到 CHV-1催化剂考核标定的 87000μg/g时,轻质油收率提高 3.17个百分点,高价值产品产率提高3.42个百分点,焦炭产率降低0. 23个百分点,且汽油RON提高1.8个单位。与进口抗钒催化剂的总体效果相当,且在提高丙烯产率和汽油辛烷值方面占有优势。
