作为大型船舶无人值班机舱的关键设备:低速大功率主柴油机遥控系统,已由上海船研所研制成功,并装于上海海运局“长顺”轮正常使用两年多。遥控系统包括逻辑控制、转速控制、模拟检测及执行机构等部份。控制部份采用电子及电气元件,执行机构为气动。本文主要介绍逻辑控制中有关换向、启动的逻辑图的设计方法;转速控制回路中关于测速、转速给定和转速调节的基本原理;模拟检测面板的功能;基本整定参数以及遥控系统的实船试验顺序等。
As the key equipment of unmanned large-scale ship cabin: low-speed high-power main diesel remote control system has been successfully developed by Shanghai Ship Research Institute, and installed in Shanghai Maritime Bureau “Changshun” round of normal use more than two years. Remote control system includes logic control, speed control, simulation testing and implementing agencies and other parts.
