Artesunate (ART) has been shown to have potential anti-proliferative activity, but its instability and poor water solubility have limited its use in anti-tumor applications. In this study, ART nanoparticles with core-shell structure were prepared by coaxial electrospray method and the formation mechanism of nanoparticles was investigated.
