本文通过模拟BHW-35与20MnMo焊接过程,分析和研究42CrMo钢的焊接特性,分析焊缝的力学性能和金相组织,认为42CrMo与BHW-35焊缝各方面性能满足原BHW—35和20MnMo焊缝设计要求,从而使电厂按期运行。
In this paper, by analyzing the welding process of BHW-35 and 20MnMo, the welding characteristics of 42CrMo steel were analyzed and studied. The mechanical properties and microstructure of 42CrMo steel were analyzed. It is considered that the performance of 42CrMo and BHW-35 weld meet the requirements of the original BHW-35 and 20MnMo Design requirements, so that the power plant on schedule.
