对沉淀硬化型塑料模具钢NAK80进行渗氮处理,并对未经渗氮的试样和渗氮后的试样进行Al2O3颗粒的水砂冲刷腐蚀试验。研究表明,未经渗氮处理的材料在冲刷腐蚀过程中因形成原电池而腐蚀严重,存在着冲刷与腐蚀的交替促进作用,最大和最小冲刷腐蚀率分别出现在30°和90°的冲刷角度下。渗氮处理有效地提高了材料的耐冲刷腐蚀性能,530℃保温24 h为最佳渗氮处理条件,该渗氮条件下得到的试样最大累积质量损失仅为相同条件下未经渗氮处理材料的32.5%。
