苏联专家巴列金和列基庚雨同志在今年四月间去东北指导和帮助国营农场工作,巴列金同志曾先后在‘通北’、‘九三’两场对全体职工做了两次报告。报告虽很简短,但内容却极深刻具体。专家根据该两场的实际情况,正确地指出了当前我们国营农场工作上存在着的若干重要问题:如各项农业技术措施问题、耕作制度问题、农业经营方针等问题;同时恳切地提出了改进工作的宝贵意见和办法。现在我们把巴列金专家在‘通北’,‘九三’两场所做的两次报告全文发表于后,希望全国国营农场及各级领导机关,根据中央必须办好国营农场的指示,结合本场具体情况认真学习,籍以克服我们农场生产上的错误与缺点,并提高与改进我们的工作。
