目的分析探讨复方苯佐卡因凝胶对于豚鼠口腔溃疡的治疗效果。方法选择108只健康豚鼠,每只豚鼠注射0.5m L醋酸(10%),将其随机分9组,每组12只,把药物在溃疡面上涂抹均匀,对比9组豚鼠用药前后的溃疡面积。选80只健康豚鼠,注射0.07 m L表皮葡萄菌菌液,将其分为8组,分析不同组别豚鼠治疗后的溃疡面积。选择80只健康豚鼠,每只注射0.07 m L白色念珠菌菌液,分为8组,对比8组豚鼠的溃疡面积。结果凝胶组、OMA组的口腔溃疡面积比模型对照组明显要小(P<0.05),凝胶、OMA对于表皮葡萄球菌诱发的口腔溃疡治疗效果较为确切,溃疡面积显著小于模型对照组(P<0.05),凝胶、OMA对于白色念珠菌诱发的口腔溃疡治疗效果较为确切,溃疡面积显著小于模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方苯佐卡因凝胶治疗口腔溃疡可有效缩小溃疡面积,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of compound benzocaine gel on oral ulcer in guinea pigs. Methods A total of 108 healthy guinea pigs were selected. Each guinea pig was injected with 0.5 ml acetic acid (10%). The guinea pigs were randomly divided into 9 groups (12 in each group). The ulcer area . Eighty healthy guinea pigs were selected and 0.07 m L of Staphylococcus epidermidis were injected into 8 groups to analyze the ulcer area in different groups of guinea pigs. Eighty healthy guinea pigs were selected and injected with 0.07 m L of Candida albicans respectively, which were divided into 8 groups to compare the ulcer area of 8 groups of guinea pigs. Results Compared with the model control group, the area of oral ulcers in the gel group and the OMA group was significantly smaller than that in the model control group (P <0.05). Gel and OMA were more effective in treating Staphylococcus epidermidis-induced oral ulcer. The ulcer area was significantly smaller than that in the model control group <0.05). The gel and OMA were more effective in treating oral ulcer caused by Candida albicans, and the ulcer area was significantly smaller than that of the model control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Compound benzocaine gel for oral ulcer can effectively reduce the ulcer area and improve the therapeutic effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
