一、引言 我厂配煤工段原设计是某型号电子皮带秤7台。配煤小皮带电动滚桶到从动滚桶之间轴心距是4m。皮带短小,设备拥挤。由于秤体几乎对着下料口,冬天经常有冻煤块的冲击和过负荷,称重传感器易损坏。另外,秤的配套机械复杂,机械故障率高。又因环境恶劣,设备安装非常紧凑,这给维护带来极大困难,所以这套设备自投产以来就没能正常运行起来。几经改造都没成功。只好采用土办法“跑盘”进行炼焦配煤比。这种办法不但劳动强度大,且焦炭质量是无法保证的。
