高职院校的教师是专业理论和专业技能的传授者,在教学活动中,能否实现高职教育的人才培养目标,教师起着主导作用。因此,如何优化教师队伍,以适应当今时代的要求,已成为深化教育改革的关键。本文主要围绕当前水产类职业院校师资队伍中存在的问题,总结师资队伍建设的经验,探索优化教师队伍的途径和方法。 Teachers in higher vocational colleges are professors of professional theories and professional skills. Teachers can play a leading role in the teaching activities if they can achieve the goal of talent cultivation in higher vocational education. Therefore, how to optimize the teacher team to meet the requirements of today’s society has become the key to deepen the education reform. This paper focuses on the current problems in the teaching staff of aquaculture vocational colleges, summarizes the experience of teaching staff construction, and explore ways and means to optimize the teaching staff.
