提出了用毒重石矿粉与工业乙酸直接作用的新工艺 ,制备了分析纯乙酸钡 ,研究了结晶次数和重结晶等工艺对乙酸钡主含量、产率、纯度的影响规律 ,并研究了草酸沉淀剂对除去杂质离子Ca2 + ,Sr2 + 的影响。结果表明 :控制结晶产率到 6 3 % ,加草酸形成共沉淀 ,可有效除去 Ca2 + ,Sr2 + 等杂质 ;不加草酸通过重结晶等方法 ,均可使乙酸钡产品质量达到分析纯的质量标准。
A new technology was developed which used the direct action of plutonium powder and industrial acetic acid to prepare analytical barium acetate. The effects of crystallization times and recrystallization on the main content, yield and purity of barium acetate were studied. The effects of oxalic acid Effect of Precipitant on Removal of Impurity Ca2 +, Sr2 +. The results showed that by controlling the yield of crystallization to 63%, adding oxalic acid to form coprecipitates can effectively remove Ca2 +, Sr2 + and other impurities; without adding oxalic acid through recrystallization and other methods, the quality of barium acetate product can reach the analytical quality standard.
