This article describes the use of brittle paint method, electrical test method of FJ661 long-distance bus skeleton strength test results. The stress profile of the bus and the basic deformation of the column are briefly discussed. The strength comparison of the old and new skeletons, the influence of the skin on the strength and rigidity of the skeleton, the mechanical properties of the skeleton materials under various welding specifications and the reasons for the early fracture of the skeleton are analyzed.
