前纵隔原发性生殖细胞瘤不常见,所报告的病例大多是精原细胞瘤、胚胎癌、畸胎癌及绒毛膜癌。而原发于纵隔的内胚层窦瘤前只12例(均以个案报告),本文报告7例,加上作者以前报告的2例,故现时文献总计报告21例。本组7例中,除1例经锁骨上淋巴结活检证明诊断外,余均经前纵隔包块活检证明。本组病例大多用化疗,部份配合放射。本组在X 线照片上,于前纵隔均见有巨大分叶状块影,并向一侧或两侧胸膨出,1例有胸腔积液,除1
Anterior mediastinal primary germinomas are uncommon and most of the reported cases are seminoma, embryonal, teratocarcinoma and choriocarcinoma. The primary mediastinal endodermal sinus tumor in only 12 cases (both case reports), this article reports 7 cases, together with the authors previously reported in 2 cases, so the current literature reported a total of 21 cases.
