柴油机振动是一种多振源的复杂振动形式,其机身表面振动是内部各种激振力共同作用的综合反映,因此测量机身振动信号有利于对柴油机状态进行监测。利用磁粉制动器实现柴油机曲轴输出端的径向加载,选取相配套的电流控制器实现不同转速下的电流控制,对比研究不同工况(定转速下的不同载荷和定载荷下的不同转速)下柴油机机身表面振动信号,利用小波包的分解与重构,获得了高频信号分量并提取其能量特征。分析结果表明,此方法提取的振动信号特征能够反映柴油机状态的变化。
Diesel engine vibration is a complex form of vibration of multiple sources. The surface vibration of the engine body reflects the interaction of various internal excitation forces. Therefore, measuring the vibration signal of the engine body is beneficial to monitor the diesel engine condition. The use of magnetic brake to achieve the radial load of the crankshaft output of diesel engine, select the appropriate current controller to achieve current control at different speeds, comparative study of different conditions (different speeds under constant speed and constant load at different speeds) diesel engine Body surface vibration signals, the use of wavelet packet decomposition and reconstruction, access to high-frequency signal components and extract the energy characteristics. The analysis results show that the vibration signal characteristic extracted by this method can reflect the change of diesel engine state.
