电磁超越离合制动器由特制的单向超越离合器与标准的DLMO—40摩擦片式电磁离合器两部分组合而成。工作原理是单向超越离合器起惯性轮与曲轴的楔合与脱开作用,楔合时传递扭矩;摩擦片式电磁离合器的作用有二:其一是控制超越离合器的离合,其二是当惯性轮与曲轴脱开后对曲轴起制动作用,承受制动力矩。该装置的特点是离合器与制动器合一,电磁离合器部分选用标准件,加工、安装和维护方便,结构简单,体积小,安全可靠,无噪音。
