宏观收入分配,也称国民经济总体分配,是指国民收入在居民、企业和政府三者之间的分配比例及其相互关系(简称三者分配关系)。对这种分配关系,我们在20世纪90年代初曾设专门课题进行研究,研究的成果特别是三者分配比例测算结果曾被各方面引用。随着时间的推移、条件的成熟和研究的深入,我们感到有必要对三者分配关系及其比例作出新的测算和研究分析,使数据得到延续,方法进一步完善,为推动新形势下的三者分配研究,提出调整宏观分配的政策建议服务。这就是我们研究90年代宏观收入分配课题的初衷。
The distribution of macro income, also known as the overall distribution of the national economy, refers to the distribution ratio of national income among the residents, enterprises and the government and their interrelations (referred to as the distribution of the three). For this kind of distribution, we have set up special subjects in the early 1990s to conduct research. The results of the research, in particular, the calculation of the distribution ratio of the three have been quoted in various aspects. With the passage of time, the maturity of conditions and the deepening of research, we feel it is necessary to make new measurements and research analyzes on the distribution and proportion of the three, so that the data can be renewed and the methods further improved. This is our original intention of studying the issue of macro-income distribution in the 1990s.
