本文探讨了在数字调速系统中采用增量式光码盘实现测速反馈数字化的基本原理和线路构成。介绍了以 M/T 法为基础,TP—801单板机和 CTC 在系统中的实际使用,并结合实例讨了论在宽调速范围和高精度检测的速度闭环中,有关参数的设置,给出了该法的部分特性曲线。
This article explores the digital speed control system using incremental optical encoder to achieve the basic principle of digital feedback and circuit configuration. Based on the M / T method, the actual use of the TP-801 single board computer and the CTC in the system is introduced. In connection with the practical examples, the setting of the relevant parameters in the speed closed loop with wide speed range and high precision detection is discussed. Some characteristic curves of this method are given.
