建筑作品是建筑设计师智慧与汗水的结晶。但中国著作权法对建筑作品的法律界定及相关权利保护仍存在界定狭窄及缺乏相关明确规定等不足。若这些不足能在立法中得到完善,建筑作品将会得到更好的保护。 Architectural work is the crystallization of architectural wisdom and sweat. However, there are still some shortcomings, such as narrow definition and lack of explicit stipulations, on the legal definition and related rights protection of architectural works in China’s Copyright Law. If these deficiencies can be perfected in the legislation, architectural works will be better protected.
