肾脏碎石术开展以来,已发现胱氨酸结石是最硬的尿路结石之一。经皮碎石术及体外震波碎石术表明,粉碎胱氨酸结石要比粉碎水草酸钙石、草酸钙石及鸟粪石困难得多。首选化学溶石对于部分患者是成功的,但由于胱氨酸结石外面常包有其它结石成份。因此许多患者仍需辅助治疗。目前认为最好的治疗方法是先用某种方法碎石,然后再化学溶石。作者偶然发现将超声波碎石与液电碎石结合起来可以粉碎肾内胱氨酸结石。
Since the development of renal lithotripsy, cystine stones have been found to be one of the hardest urinary calculi. Percutaneous lithotomy and extracorporeal shock lithotripsy showed that crushing cystine stones was more difficult than crushing oxalicite, oxalate stones and struvite. The preferred chemolitholite is successful for some patients, but other stones are commonly found on the outside of cystine stones. Therefore, many patients still need adjuvant therapy. Currently considered the best treatment is to use some method of gravel, and then chemical limestone. The authors accidentally found that the ultrasonic lithotripsy combined with electrohydraulic lithotripsy can crush kidney cystine stones.
