一、直面课堂,透晰上课教师需努力的方向笔者认真观看了5节片段课的视频,各具特色。在此,笔者就以一节课为主剖析,适当兼顾其他4节课,以便透视出上课教师需要努力的方向。1.学生应该挑战什么宁波鄞州黄老师(第四节课)这节课的亮点很多,但也有值得商榷的环节,如,演示时师生的距离与方位需要调整,以及最后10分钟的练习安排也建议微调。最后10分钟,黄老师安排了三个对墙正脚背踢球(射门)的挑战性练习片段,极大地激发了学生的积极性,通过多次观看这段视频中师生的言行,笔者感觉学生主要是在挑战准度,然后是远度,再就是准确的动作。
