改革基于职场化的“416463”实训课程体系是提高高职医药营销专业职业素养和就业竞争力的重要环节。借助模块区隔、职场社区等4条纬线,搭建素质拓展、专题讲座等16条经线,分解医、药、管理、营销4大核心能力,构筑营销沙龙、毕业实践等6个实训平台;最终实现岗位素能与职业证书、企业任务与实践课程、实践环节与职场环境的三融合。
The “416463” practical training system based on the reform of the workplace is an important part of improving the professionalism and professional competitiveness of the medical marketing profession in higher vocational education. Through the use of four wefts, including modular divisions and workplace communities, 16 meridian lines, including quality development and special lectures, have been established to decompose the four core competencies of medicine, medicine, management, and marketing, and six training platforms such as marketing salon and graduation practice have been established; The integration of job quality and professional certificates, corporate tasks and practice courses, practice links and the workplace environment are realized.
