新疆维吾尔自治区是一个多民族、多种语言地区,针对少数民族学生的双语现象和实行双语教育模式是必要的一个教育政策。我们所说的双语教育现象是实施双语教育为基础,培养学生各方面科技知识的教学方法。本文章在分写五年多的教学工作当中寻找的关于双语教育的一些经验,分析了在我们新疆双语教育政策的的目标、基本性质、实施方式等方面的问题,阐释了新疆双语教育的目标是——民汉兼通的含义,以及双语教育模式有哪些类型。双语教学政策措施进行后,一直是在我们新疆各中小学教学的重点工作,我在本文章主要的说明了双语教学中教师们和学生们所遇到的一些问题和本人自己所体会到的认为可行的措施进行简要的讲述。
The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is a multi-ethnic and multi-lingual region. Bilingual teaching aimed at ethnic minorities and the implementation of bilingual education are necessary educational policies. What we mean by bilingual education is a teaching method based on the implementation of bilingual education and training students in all aspects of science and technology. This article in writing more than five years of teaching work looking for some of the experience of bilingual education, analysis of our bilingual education policy in Xinjiang’s objectives, the basic nature of the implementation of such issues as the interpretation of the goal of bilingual education in Xinjiang Is - the meaning of both people and the public, and what types of bilingual education model. Bilingual teaching and policy measures have been the focus of our teaching in primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang. In this article, I mainly explain some problems encountered by teachers and students in bilingual teaching and what I personally feel Feasible measures for a brief talk.
