自我体验是主体对自身的认识而引发的情感体验,是主观的我对客观的我所持有的一种态度,如精神振奋、灰心丧气等。运动中所表现的自我体验特点往往与自我认知、自我评价有关。研讨它便于我们了解运动与人的关系,发掘产生良好的自我体验的运动形式与负荷,以利于促进人的身心
Self-experience is the emotional experience triggered by the subject’s own cognition. It is a subjective attitude toward the objective I hold, such as exasperation, discouragement and so on. The characteristics of self-experience manifested in exercise are often related to self-awareness and self-evaluation. Studying it helps us to understand the relationship between exercise and human beings and to find out the forms and loads of exercise that generate a good self-experience in order to promote people’s physical and mental health
