钢铁工业是我国国民经济的重要基础产业,我国钢铁工业的技术水平与国际先进水平相比还有很大差距,如何做强钢铁工业,提高钢铁企业的技术创新能力是个值得深思的问题。文章提出了钢铁企业技术创新系统机制协同度评价模型,并以邯钢集团为例进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,基于协同学理论建构的系统协同度评价模型能够反映系统运行的实际状况,企业据此可以制订有针对性的策略,模型的提出对提高我国钢铁企业的技术创新能力有一定的理论和实践意义。
The iron and steel industry is an important basic industry in our country’s national economy. The technological level of China’s steel industry still lags behind the international advanced level. How to strengthen the iron and steel industry and improve the technological innovation ability of the iron and steel enterprises is a question worth pondering. The paper puts forward the evaluation model for the synergies between technological innovation system and mechanism of steel enterprises, and takes Handan Iron and Steel Group as an example to carry on the empirical analysis. The results show that the synergetic evaluation model based on the synergetic theory can reflect the actual situation of the system operation. Therefore, the enterprises can formulate the targeted strategies, and the model puts forward some theories to improve the technological innovation capability of China’s iron and steel enterprises And practical significance.
