目的 :比较采用腹部皮片、胎儿皮、阴股沟皮瓣行人工阴道成形手术方法的优、缺点。方法 :先天性无子宫无阴道患者86例 ,行腹部皮片阴道成形 38例 ,胎儿皮阴道成形术 2 7例 ,阴股沟皮瓣阴道成形术 2 1例。结果 :除 1例腹部皮片塌陷失败外 ,其余均获成功。三者比较 ,腹部皮片阴道成形手术住院时间长 ,供皮区易裂开 ,切口延期愈合 ,人工阴道干燥 ,性生活满意度较低。胎儿皮手术患者住院时间最短 ,损伤小 ,人工阴道湿润度及性生活满意度均高 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。阴股沟皮瓣在这几个方面介于其中 ,术后不带阴道模型为其优点。结论 :胎儿皮阴道成形术 ,损伤小 ,外阴形态正常 ,成活的胎儿皮呈粘膜样改变 ,是目前阴道成形术的一种较理想术式 OBJECTIVE: To compare the advantages and disadvantages of artificial vaginoplasty using abdominal skin flap, fetal skin and genital furrow flap. Methods: Totally 86 cases of congenital absence of the uterus without vagina, 38 cases of abdominal skin flap vaginoplasty, 27 cases of fetal skin vaginoplasty and 21 cases of vaginal groin flap vaginoplasty. Results: Except for 1 case of abdominal skin collapse failed, the rest were successful. The three comparison, abdominal skin vaginoplasty hospital stay for a long time for the skin area easy to crack open, incision delayed healing, artificial vaginal dryness, sexual satisfaction is low. Fetal skin surgery in patients with the shortest hospital stay, small injuries, artificial vaginal wetness and sexual satisfaction were high (P <0.05).
