目的:建立HPLC法测定甲硝唑氯己定洗剂中氯己定含量的方法。方法:采用AGT XBP-C_8(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,以甲醇-0.1%三乙胺溶液(含庚烷磺酸钠10mmol·L~(-1),用磷酸调pH至3.0)(68:32)为流动相,检测波长为260nm。结果:氯己定在进样量1.998~9.992μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),回收率为99.5%,RSD为1.9%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、快速准确,可作为该制剂中葡萄糖酸氯己定质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of chlorhexidine in metronidazole chlorhexidine lotion by HPLC. METHODS: AGT XBP-C_8 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used with methanol-0.1% triethylamine solution (containing 10 mmol·L -1 heptane sulfonate and pH adjusted to 3.0 with phosphoric acid) 68:32) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength of 260nm. Results: Chlorhexidine showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 9) with a recovery of 99.5% and a RSD of 1.9% (n = 9) in the range of 1.998-9.992 μg. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as a quality control method for chlorhexidine gluconate in this preparation.
