采用体外放射分析法、质子激发X荧光和中子活化分析方法测定了76例甲状腺疾病患者的甲状腺功能和红细胞中微量元素的含量。结果表明:甲低、正常、亚甲亢和甲亢4个组之间微量元素K、Ca、Cu、Se、Rb、Fe的含量无显著性差异;Zn的含量甲低组显著地高于甲亢和亚甲亢组,正常组则介于甲低与甲亢和亚甲亢组之间;甲低和正常组K、Zn、Cu的含量与T3、T4浓度比及TSH浓度有显著相关;甲亢和亚甲亢组Se的含量与T4、TSH浓度有较显著相关。提示微量元素含量与甲状腺功能的不同状态密切相关。
Thyroid function and the content of trace elements in erythrocytes of 76 patients with thyroid diseases were determined by in vitro radiometric analysis, proton excitation X-ray fluorescence and neutron activation analysis. The results showed that the contents of trace elements K, Ca, Cu, Se, Rb and Fe in the four groups of hypothyroidism, normal, hyperthyroidism and hyperthyroidism had no significant difference.
