2006年11月13~14日,由中国法学会宪法学研究会主办、广东商学院承办的中国法学会宪法学研究会2006年年会在美丽的“花城”广州隆重召开。来自各高等院校、科研机构以及有关机关、新闻单位等的250余名学者专家参加了本次大会,共提交了主题论文140余篇。本次年会的主题是宪法与社会主义新农村建设,与会专家学者提交的论文紧紧围绕着该主题从多个角度展开了有意义的论证和探讨。现将本次年会提交的论文及研讨中的观点综述如下:
From November 13 to November 14, 2006, the 2006 Annual Conference of the Constitutional Law Research Society of China Law Society, sponsored by the China Law Society Constitutional Research Association and held by Guangdong Business School, was held ceremoniously in the beautiful “Flower City” Guangzhou. More than 250 experts and scholars from colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, relevant agencies and news agencies attended the conference and submitted more than 140 theses. The theme of this annual conference is the construction of a new socialist countryside and the constitution of the countryside. Experts and scholars present at the conference closely focus on the theme and carry out meaningful argumentation and discussion from multiple perspectives. Now the papers presented in this annual meeting and the views of the seminar are summarized as follows:
