鉴于单齿分度加工对数螺旋锥齿轮效率低,考虑采用连续分度滚齿加工,在机床做分度运动的同时调整差动传动链保证齿形的正确加工。首先通过分解滚切运动,从瞬时啮合条件得到差动传动比关系式。进而引入时间变量,通过齿向线运动分析以差动传动比为自变量得到齿向线方程一般式。从而将其与圆锥对数螺旋线参数方程联立,得出滚削对数螺旋锥齿轮差动传动关系。
In view of single-tooth indexing process, the efficiency of the logarithmic spiral bevel gear is low. Considering continuous indexing and hobbing process, the differential transmission chain is adjusted while the machine is doing indexing to ensure the correct processing of the tooth profile. First, by decomposing the hobbing motion, the differential gear ratio is obtained from the instantaneous meshing condition. Then, the time variable is introduced, and the general formula of the tooth line equation is obtained through the analysis of tooth line motion using the differential gear ratio as an independent variable. Then, it is established with the logarithmic spiral parameter equation, and the relationship between the hobbing logarithmic spiral bevel gear differential transmission is obtained.
