目的探讨不同处理方式对鲜附子6种单酯型和双酯型生物碱的影响,以期为研究附子炮制的过程机理以及质量标准提供科学依据。方法采用70℃常压干燥、50℃减压干燥、冷冻干燥以及直接切碎等4种不同方式对鲜附子进行处理,并结合HPLC对其指标成分进行测定。结果 70℃常压干燥和50℃减压干燥两种不同处理方式对鲜附子的酯型生物碱影响较大,双酯型和单酯型生物碱分别有降低和升高趋势;鲜附子直接切碎和冷冻干燥两种处理方式所得双酯型生物碱较接近,单酯型生物碱差异较大。结论不同处理方式会对附子各指标成分产生不同程度影响,热处理方式对其影响较明显,低温处理较能反应其真实情况。
Objective To investigate the effects of different treatment methods on six monoester and diester alkaloids of Aconite in order to provide a scientific basis for studying the process mechanism and quality standard of Aconite. Methods Four different ways of drying at 70 ℃ under atmospheric pressure, drying at 50 ℃ under reduced pressure, freeze-drying and direct chopping were used to treat the fresh nauplii, and their components were determined by HPLC. Results Two kinds of different treatment methods, such as drying at 70 ℃ under atmospheric pressure and drying under reduced pressure at 50 ℃, had a great influence on the ester alkaloids of A. monkshood, while the concentrations of diester and monoester alkaloids decreased and increased respectively. Broken and freeze-dried two kinds of treatment methods obtained double ester alkaloids closer, monoester alkaloids vary greatly. Conclusion Different treatment methods will affect the composition of each index of Aconitum to varying degrees, the effect of heat treatment is more obvious, and the low temperature treatment can better reflect the real situation.
