曾经满身光环的全国道德模范竟沦为贩卖出生证的犯罪嫌疑人。安徽省六安市裕安区妇幼保健所工作人员何涛是怎样走进犯罪泥潭的呢?2014年8月,原全国道德模范、安徽省六安市人大代表、六安市裕安区妇幼保健所工作人员何涛利用职务之便,从单位非法获取《出生医学证明》,交由其夫侯灿通过网络贩卖谋利的消息引起广泛关注。8月7日,中央精神文明建设指导委员会批准撤销何涛全国道德模范称号。此前,何涛的省、市道德模范称号已被撤销。
