目的 总结183例胰十二指肠切除术并发症及死亡病例,探讨防治并发症方法,降低死亡。方法 183例壶腹周围肿瘤均行胰十二指肠切除术,其中62例行胰空肠套入荷包缝合。结果 71例出现并发症,发生率为38.8％,死亡13例。结论胰空肠套入荷包缝合可减少术后胰瘘的发生。
OBJECTIVE To summarize the complications and deaths of 183 cases of pancreatoduodenectomy, explore the methods of prevention and treatment of complications and reduce the death. Methods 183 cases of ampulla around the tumor were performed pancreatoduodenectomy, of which 62 cases of intussusception into the purse suture. Results 71 cases of complications occurred, the incidence was 38.8%, 13 died. Conclusion Into pouch intussusception can reduce the incidence of postoperative pancreatic fistula.
