目的检测反复呼吸道感染(RRI)患儿音乐疗法治疗前后外周血免疫球蛋白水平,探讨音乐疗法对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法观察50例RRI患儿音乐疗法治疗前后外周血免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM含量的变化,并与50例健康检查儿童对照比较。结果治疗前,RRI患儿外周血免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM含量明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05);治疗后与治疗前比较,RRI患儿外周血免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM含量明显回升(P<0.05)。结论 RRI患儿存在体液免疫功能低下,音乐疗法可以通过调节免疫系统,促进外周血降低的免疫球蛋白含量回升,提高RRI患儿免疫力,以降低其RRI患儿发病率。
Objective To detect the levels of peripheral blood immunoglobulin in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRI) before and after music therapy, and to explore the influence of music therapy on the immune function in children. Methods The changes of IgG, IgA and IgM levels in peripheral blood of 50 RRI children before and after music therapy were observed and compared with those of 50 healthy children. Results Before treatment, the contents of immunoglobulin IgG, IgA and IgM in peripheral blood of RRI children were significantly lower than those in healthy controls (P <0.05). After treatment, the immunoglobulin IgG, IgA, IgM The content increased obviously (P <0.05). Conclusions Children with RRI have low humoral immune function. Music therapy can improve the immunity of children with RRI and reduce the incidence of RRI children by regulating the immune system, promoting the recovery of reduced immunoglobulin content in peripheral blood.
